Now I know little about making sector files for airports.

What i know is,the .ese file contains free text, and the .sec file has m[Mod - Happy Thoughts]agelike define、INFO、VOR、NDB、AIRPORT、RUNWAY、FIX、ARTCC、ATRCC HIGH、ARTCC LOW、SID、STAR、LOW AIRWAY、HIGH AIRWAY、GEO、REGIONS

But,What software should I use to creat them,or modify them, and how.

I searched in forum,but i didn't find.

Hope someone can share what you know, thanks.

The specification for SCT and SCT2 files can be found at http://www1.metacraft.com/VRC/docs/doc.php?page=appendix_g and http://www1.metacraft.com/VRC/docs/doc.php?page=appendix_f

The specification for ESE can be found at http://www.euroscope.hu/mediawiki/index.php?title=ESE_Files_Description

There a number of tools for automating processes, but I'll let others talk about those (I have never used them as I developed my own tools for converting directly from the source data).
