ORBX included Samedan LSZS in their FTX Global EU Airport Pack Since Feb. 2017 there are published RNAV(GNSS) approach & departure procedures if you don't want to do it completely "stick'n rudder" but be warned, only a lightly loaded mid size jet can operate in and out of there. Just google "Samedan Airport LSZS GNSS procedures" and its the PDF on the top. Navigraph have the procedures in their updates since the same period.
