vACC Philippines Staff Opening - Membership Director

Hello all,

 

vACC Phillipines is excited to announce the opening of a new Staff position! The Director of Membership position has been created to help manage membership issues and to help facilitate membership growth. This position is the first point of contact for future members and thus carries plenty of importance. All vACC Philippines Controller meeting the requirements below are encouraged to apply.

 

Title:

- Director of Membership

 

Job Description:

- Maintain an active presence on the network

- Maintain membership status information of all controllers in the facility

- Develop, maintain and distribute membership-related communication docomeents such as Welcome Letters, Inactivity Letters, LOA Approval Letters, etc

- Develop, maintain and distribute Frequently Asked Questions for Controllers and Pilots

- Develop and maintain other docomeents deemed beneficial to the vACC Philippines ATC Team

- Reports to the Director of vACC Philippines

 

Requirements:

- S1 and above and a vACC Philippines member. Visitors may still apply but a transfer shall be required if you are picked for the position.

- At least three (3) hours per week of time dedicated to performing actual work

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge of HTML is desired

- Fluency in English and Tagalog is a plus
