Delta Virtual Airlines is up to something new this Sunday night.

 

Our departure time is still 8 p.m. as always, but this time we are splitting up our big numbers and departing from opposing airports.

 

Here we go:

 

Group A

 

KATL to KMIA 8 p.m. Eastern U.S. (0100 Zulu)

 

KATL5.SOONE J89 HITTR J75 RSW.CYY3

 

Group A begins landing in Miami around 9:15 (0215 Zulu)

 

 

Group B

 

KMIA to KATL 8 p.m. Eastern U.S. (0100 Zulu)

 

MIA9.HEDLY J53 CRG.SINCA3

 

Group B begins to land in Atlanta around 9:15 (0215 Zulu)

 

Delta Virtual Airlines will begin flying all Sunday night events like this in order to prevent over crowding at a single airport. This will also give the controllers at each airport the opportunity to have both departing and arriving events in one evening.
