Vietnam vACC and Laos FIR - enrollment into Open Sky

VATSIM South East Asia Division is currently running an Open Sky Policy for Vietnam vACC. This period will last for six (6) months, from today until October 24th, 2014 . During this period, any controllers from any division on VATSIM are invited to control any positions in Vietnam and Laos FIR corresponding to their rating.

ATC activities will still be subject to the Visiting Controler Policy and Globar Rating Policy and must comply with any local ATC regulations. Depending on the operational need of the division, VATSEA may revise the restrictions on Open Sky controllers during the course of the scheme.

Controllers interested are to apply by sending an email to VATSEA Division Director (Acting) a.stefopoulos(at)vatsim.net stating their current rating, home division, and hours of controlling at current rating.
