The first arrival shall be on Sunday, 27th April 2014 at around 01:30z/02:00z. It would be great to have ATC coverage throughout. 25 pilots are booked to fly this so far. As Saad previously mentioned, the time mentioned is late for our members since most of our members reside in and around the Middle East region in real life. 0100z is 0400 local time. For ATC coordination, preferably a 1 week advance notification to either the vACC or division staff will suffice. However, myself and Saad will try our best to arrange ATC for the area today. On a side note, VATME currently is running a weekly Saturday event where the whole airspace is online and services from CTR to GND is provided throughout. It happens on Saturdays from 1600z - 1800z. We haven't started advertising that yet but it is running (you'll see it soon around VATSIM). However out of the 27 that left Gatwick we had 15 who made it to Jeddah. Thank you to all the controllers! We shall be flying out again soon!
