John Navara 985663 Posted May 1, 2014 at 11:06 PM Posted May 1, 2014 at 11:06 PM I didn't see anything in the manual about connecting with a remote computer. It does look like vPilot uses SimConnect. Can I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume that I connect via remote as long as SimConnect is working on the remote computer? Matt Davies Posted May 1, 2014 at 11:10 PM Posted May 1, 2014 at 11:10 PM Just drop the SimConnect.cfg (the one you use for stuff like ActiveSky etc etc) file into the route directory of vPilot & it works first time.

John Navara 985663 Posted May 1, 2014 at 11:24 PM Author Posted May 1, 2014 at 11:24 PM Another question. FSInn needed to be installed on both remote and flight sim computers. Is that the case with vPilot? Or can I just install on remote computer? John John Navara A mile of highway can take you a mile, a mile of runway can take you anywhere. Ezio Cingolani 953405 Posted May 4, 2014 at 08:29 AM Posted May 4, 2014 at 08:29 AM Just drop the SimConnect.cfg (the one you use for stuff like ActiveSky etc etc) file into the route directory of vPilot & it works first time. I have noticed it works even without Simconnect.cfg being dropped in the route directory of vPilot.I have run it first time as indicated (with simconnect.cfg in the route folder) but then I have also checked without it and it doesn't make any difference. Am I missing something ? Regards
Ross Carlson Posted May 4, 2014 at 02:42 PM Posted May 4, 2014 at 02:42 PM Ezio, do you also have a SimConnect.cfg file in your My Docomeents directory? SimConnect looks there as well.
