We do some group flying (6-7 pilots) and with another membre of the VA, which is also a controler in another FIR, we do some sort of cpntroling using either Aivlasoft or LittlenavMap. It works somewhat but this is not optimum. We do this to train the VA pilots so that some of them will join the Vatsim community.
