Steven Perry Posted February 28, 2006 at 03:09 PM Posted February 28, 2006 at 03:09 PM edit: expiration corrected EXPIRES AT MIDNIGHT PST 01 March! I'm not sure how specific I can be and still comply with the advertising prohibition on VATSIM... Some LUVly airline's desktop fare alert program is turning one year old today and there are all sorts of deals for all markets it serves. DING. From Pitt to Chicago's Midway I'm looking at $56 round trip before taxes. We still got two weeks before the convention so I think these deals should work but I haven't actually tried to book. Man, do I LUV that DING sound and I really want to thank Herb Kelleher for letting us be "free to move about the country." Go check it out if you're sitting on the fence about the convention and cost is a determining factor. I wish I could make it, but I got other matters to attend to that weekend. Hope this helps a few folks! You MIGHT have to download the silly desktop program to access the specials, but you can just uninstall it tomorrow. Disclaimer: I have no stake in this airline and do not stand to profit in any way from this... I'm just trying to help folks find a way to attend the convention! Mark Zameda 810257 Posted February 28, 2006 at 05:44 PM Posted February 28, 2006 at 05:44 PM I tell you guys what, anyone that plans to fly on this fare, let me know via email. We'll work out a way to get you from MDW to ORD. Even if it means pitching in for a cab because I'm at work. If you do fly this way, try to arrive around 3pm at MDW and I can pick you guys up at the airport and take you to ORD. Mark Zameda VATUSA6

Steven Perry Posted February 28, 2006 at 11:01 PM Author Posted February 28, 2006 at 11:01 PM Hmmm... Anyone wanna crack this code? You'll have to do it yourself... I hope you like flying exclusively on 737s and don't expect anything on the flight besides peanuts. I don't think I can give any more obvious hints without flat out advertising for the airline. If you can't put these together, you probably don't live anywhere this airline flies, have a TV, have the internet, or read the newspaper. Or maybe I'm taking the no-advertising thing too far, any br[Mod - Happy Thoughts] up there able to comment on whether or not I can mention the company's name? Or does some brave soul want to risk the fury of the people that moderate this forum? I'll restate my disclaimer again, I am so far away [you might even say 180 degrees away] from personally benefiting from this company's success that I'm flying NORTHEAST.
