Who we are:

 

Combined Operations is a group of people who are p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ionate about flight simulation, not just FSX but combat sims as well. We don't try to act like a "mini air force" or emulate a "real airline". Instead we're a group of friends that like to fly the best we can, in whichever aircraft we happen to be flying. That means doing it right, without ever losing focus on the main thing that drives us all to play simulators - fun.

 

We have amongst our members some very experienced members who can help you with pretty much anything in FSX, DCS or BMS, including a commercial pilot.

 

We regularly fly on VATSIM, and take part in online combat events too.

 

Our forum currently has about 40 members, and we run our own teamspeak along with a custom Virtual Airline system that tracks members flights and gives you a lot of info back on how well you have flown. There are hundreds of ready made routes to choose from, as well as regular multiplayer events where you can test your skills against other pilots.

 

We're looking to expand, and if you're the type of simmer who wants to make the most of your flying, whilst engaging in friendly banter then we might be right for you. Come and say hello on our forums, we hope you'll want to join in and help grow our group.

I applaud your quest to form a different type of VA but also must caution you that if your intent is to fly combat operations on VATSIM your VA must first be certified as a Special Operations Administration.

Thanks We have no intentions of combat flying in FSX. That's why we also enjoy flying Falcon BMS and DCS occasionally.
