VATSIM voice distortion module

Hello , I'd like to know which module does VATSIM use to distort the voice and if it's possible to get this module for audacity/sony vegas or how to get at least similiar distortion in these programs.

It's not a module, just some code that's part of VVL (VATSIM Voice Library.) As far as I know, it's a simple bandp[Mod - Happy Thoughts] filter that cuts out the low frequencies and I think some of the high frequencies. I can probably figure out the cutoff frequencies if you're interested.

Looks like it's 250hz to 3.5khz.
