If you do not have much experience in fast jets this is not a problem as we are willing to train pilots to become part of this team. This is a new team that has just been set up so we have many vacancies and not just for pilots I hope to run a successful team and a friendly environment. Training will be very relaxed and once we have some pilots we can discuss a training rota if you cant attend training sessions this is not a problem we will not push and not be strict on training sessions.
