Alexandra Robison Posted August 20, 2014 at 10:13 PM Posted August 20, 2014 at 10:13 PM As you can see, I am connected to the network, yet vATIS says I am not. Any ideas?
Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted August 20, 2014 at 10:21 PM Board of Governors Posted August 20, 2014 at 10:21 PM Not 100% sure this is it or not, but I'll try.... Which server were you trying to connect to with vATIS? If USA-N, try another server. For some reason, USA-N doesn't always play well. I understand this is a temporary issue which is being looked into. Don Desfosse Vice President, Operations
Alexandra Robison Posted August 20, 2014 at 10:48 PM Author Posted August 20, 2014 at 10:48 PM I was trying to connect to USA-N. I will try later with a different server. Thanks Don!

Bradley Grafelman Posted August 20, 2014 at 11:11 PM Posted August 20, 2014 at 11:11 PM Probably worth (temporarily) stickying this thread until USA-N can be patched: vATIS on USA-N Server.

Unfortunately I don't have the permissions to do that. I was hoping someone else would have...
