Vateir Seeks Web Services Director ACCIRL4

VATeir is looking to appoint a Web Services Director for its management team and as such are accepting applications for the position.

Web Services Director (ACCIRL4) areas of responsibility (but not limited to):

 

• Overall responsibility for heading up IT infrastructural project design & lead.

• Reports relevant project updates to the VATeir vACC staff.

• Complete all tasks appointed to via the Vateir Task Manager Software

• Coordinate with all ther vACCs regarding current technologies deployed within VATSIM.

• Liaise with existing staff

• Design and implement web applications

• Construct and update an IT security policy

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Have extensive knowledge of web building software using PHP and MYSQL

• Program and implement web applications in line with project desires

• You should ensure that you can devote the required time to perform your duties.

• Be available to attend monthly staff meetings

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Be of good standing within VATSIM/VATEUD

 

ACCIRL4 is a full VATeir vACC staff position with full voting rights on all vACC related matters.

 

This is an important position within the Vateir management team working alongside the existing staff structure, to ensure the vACC can continue its expansion within the division, region and VATSIM network.
