Hello,

I would like to report the following issues I have with VAtis.

I am running the latest version 1.0.7159.24534 .

1. NZAA runways have disappeared. (It was ok previous versions)

2. Voice server & ATIS frequency never gets saved under the facility name.

3. VAtis constantly abends when trying to enter a voice server and atis freq.

The only way I can stop this from happening is to delete the configuration profile. Close VAtis. Open VAtis again and create new profile.

Its almost like the profile does not save itself.

Cheers,

Duncan

I'm not sure...can you try re-installing vATIS? Download the installer from http://radarcontact.me and try again.

Hi Justin,

I am running Windows 8.1.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled as instructed.

Received the error:-

Setup

X unable to execute file:

c:\users\duncan\appdata\roaming\vatis\vatis.exe

create process failed;code 740

the requested operation requires elevation.

Can you try running vATIS as an admin?

Hi Justin,

I ran the .exe as admin.

It abends when it fires up in the install process.

If I then run the icon with admin it fires up ok

However all the original problems I described exist.

I have a jpeg of the errors messages.

However I cannot cut and paste the text to put it here.

I cannot figure out how to post the image here.

Can I email it to you?

Duncan

Thanks Justin,

The problem was caused by user error ie me

I should of selected my previously saved profile, then clicked on the "load profile" button.

I just [Mod - Happy Thoughts]umed the profile loaded when you selected it.

Cheers,

Duncan
