Launch squawkbox from the plugin while xplane is running, it will say 'connecting' and after a min. or so it will disappear and never give any indication or confirmation of a connection to vatsim. If I type something like "test" and press return it will say either "disconnected" or an "error" occurred. Boy...at this point I'm open to suggestions! I have double checked the location of the "for plugins" stuff and all appears to be in the correct place. Firewall is off. Thanks in advance for any help provided! Peace! Firewall settings on my Frontier DSL router. I connect to the Vatsim Central server and all is working as it should. Thanks for responding.
