Which PC to choice

Hi everyone, I am going to buy a refurbished PC to run FSX and X plane on because my laptop finally died and I do not have to money to purchase another laptop with the same or better specs. Im looking for something in the low $200 range then I will purchase the most powerful graphics card I can for a reasonable price and one that will not require me swapping out the power supply.
