VATSIM SSO and BlaatSchaap plugin for WordPress

Anyone has successful attempt to enable the discussed VATSIM SSO mechanism to work with BlaatSchaap WordPress plugin?

 

Can I get any tips?

You may want to look at the reference docs for SSO as it is slightly different to vanilla OAuth2.

You may want to look at the reference docs for SSO as it is slightly different to vanilla OAuth2.

 

Not even OAuth2, it's based off of OAuth1. OAuth2 is not backward compatible.

 

The implementation differs from OAuth1's RFC slightly, so you may want to look at KH's code and create an implementation using the his code or create your own.

Thank you. Yes, I saw and read through that post earlier. Sounds great.

 

Would someone have time to walk me through how to get that set up on wordpress? I was having a little trouble with that. I'm not very good with this kind of thing, coding, etc.
