Justin Shannon Posted April 26, 2015 at 07:36 PM Posted April 26, 2015 at 07:36 PM Version 1.1.5594.20539 of vATIS is now available for download from the web site, or via the automatic update utility built into the ATIS client. The following items were added or fixed in this version: Fix error with installation setup file. Implement ability to suppress new ATIS notifications. Implement ability to minimize vATIS to the system tray. Implement NEWATIS subscriptions. Implement NEWINFO packet. To suppress new ATIS notifications and/or minimize vATIS to your system tray, you need to manually edit the vATISConfig.xml file (located in your %appdata%\vATIS directory). If you had a previous version of vATIS installed, you must launch the updated version, load a facility and then close vATIS. Then open the config file with your favorite text editor and locate the SuppressNotification and/or MinimizeTray flags at the bottom of the file. To enable one or both of these options, set the value to true. Save the config file and relaunch vATIS. Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted October 20, 2015 at 04:55 AM Board of Governors Posted October 20, 2015 at 04:55 AM Got the same error. Still running tried and true Win7. Tried to launch 4x. Each time, for the first 3 times, after pressing Continue, loading the profile, etc., the Connect to VATSIM button was grayed out. The fourth time, it worked. I have had it online now for over an hour without any issue. EDIT: Oops, finally hit the post button way after Justin replied.
