I tried to run Euroscope in a Internet connection behind a proxy server, but I could not find a way to configure the proxy server at all. The explanation at Euroscope wiki seems to be directed to connect a seccond instance of Euroscope. Is it not possible to connect Euroscope in a proxy server, as we used to do in others controllers clients? The ES proxy server is built just to be able to run multiple ES instances in the local network (most probably on the same machine) that share a single connection to VATSIM servers as allowed by the rules.
