I've tried everything. I re-instated my Vatsim membership, vPilot would not connect even 24 hours later. My system runs on Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 [vPilot specifies Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1] and Direct X version 10, my system runs on Direct X version 11. Before I start messing with the Framework/Direct X versions, does anyone else have a comment! Thank you....

"I can't get connected" doesn't provide any information about the actual issue ... please provide more details.

Ross:

I don't know that there is much more that I can add to my post. I did everything I thought I was supposed to do to get

connected but no luck. Here is an image of what I am experiencing:

Your original post just says you can't connect. There are lots of symptoms that fall within that umbrella. What happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error? Does it appear to connect but you don't see any other aircraft or controllers? That's the kind of details that I need.

And the image you're trying to link to isn't an image. It's a web page with an embedded image.

When I go to that web page, I see a screenshot of vPilot saying it cannot connect to your flight simulator. vPilot will not allow you to connect to VATSIM without first being connected to your simulator. (Since obviously vPilot doesn't know your location unless it can connect to the sim.)

I can't say for sure, but looking at your screenshot, it looks like FSX isn't even running.

That was a simple problem, now it connects! [started up FSX first]
