1275389 Posted July 31, 2015 at 05:36 AM Posted July 31, 2015 at 05:36 AM It's that time of year again! Miami Live 2015 is taking place on August 29th from 1830-2330Z (1430-1930 EDT). Here are some useful resources for flying into Miami: Pilot Tips Pilot FAQ Airport Information and Charts Scenery and Pilot Downloads Real World Routes Be advised, we recently had some SIDs/STARs update, the changes are insignificant. Most SID changes reflect a new "Top Altitude" box (which displays the initial altitude) and most STAR changes reflect the renaming of TMB to "Miami Executive Airport". Please file valid routes which include SIDs and STARs (it makes our controllers' jobs easier). Join us for this great event live from Miami! Feel free to leave feedback after the event if you enjoyed it.

1275389 Posted August 27, 2015 at 12:08 AM Author Posted August 27, 2015 at 12:08 AM Less than 3 days until Miami Live! On top of that, we have a little treat courtesy of nature. Tropical Storm Erika is predicted to hit the southeast portion of the Bahamas around the time of the event. Buckle your seat belts and stow your tray tables, turbulence should be expected!
