Can't enter "My SSO Sites"

I received a email for my key is changed and access is approved for VATSIM.But I have a message when I press "My SSO Sites" Link.It's "This page is to manage credentials for external sites to SSO.You currently have no access to any external sites".I can't understand it,What's means of it?

The 'My SSO Sites' link is for webmasters to manage their settings for integration with the VATSIM SSO system.

 

The most likely reason for this error is as it says - that you do not have access to manage any sites. I haven't been able to find you on the list. Which site do you believe you have been granted access to manage?
