But at certain airports this week the TX and RX lights are greyed out. And soemtimes they grey out after a few minutes. The Vatsim connection is still up. Any help will be greatly appriciated. Ross Carlson Posted November 6, 2015 at 08:59 PM Posted November 6, 2015 at 08:59 PM If they grey out after a while sitting on the ground at an airport, that makes me suspect an avionics power issue. Are your engines running at the time, or are you on battery power? If on battery power, the sim will shut down the radios when your battery runs out, and vPilot will grey out the TX/RX lights.
