STUTTERING SOUND FSINN ISSUE

Hey all,

I have a sound issue.... After upgrading to win10, my FSX as an annoying choppy/stuttering/laggy sound when clicking particular buttons as the "FSINN copilot radar screen" or its VVL button. Also its lagging when playing external sounds, like for example the SELCAL or incomming COMM message. Its like:

1. FSX engine sound lags,

2. "ding dong" from ATC COMM msg,

3. FSX engine sound lags again. VATSIM voice sound is not affected.

I did nearly try everyting withing the last 2-3 month. I cannot list all of the alternatives I tried but: its ONLY when clicking FSINN buttons or the sim has to load new weather. Muting the sound in sim with Q, listening to Spotify or other stuff and checking the FSINN radar will not cause a stuttering speaker output.

Has anyone experienced (and solved) this problem and can give me a hint?
