From TS3 at ZMA ARTCC y download the file: myservers.tex, Then I moved it to the VRC folder located at the programs files folder. Restart VRC after rebooting PC. NOTHING !!! Can not get the sweatbos in my server list and for that reason I am stock on my training.

Sounds like the docs you read may be out of date. The latest version of VRC now looks for the myservers.txt file in the "My Docomeents\VRC" folder.
