Is there a reason for excluding South Africa from VATAFR

Under the Africa subsection of the forums it clearly excludes South Africa from the VATAFR forum with the previous South African forum archived and locked.

 

Is there a reason for this?

South Africa is a Sub forum of the Africa forum. I am [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming this is because of the reorganisation structure and the lock so as to move the discussions to the AME forum viewforum.php?f=27

There is a forum sub-title error that I will get fixed. South Africa is now part of Africa Division and no longer excluded.
