*VATAFR Seeking Deputy and Training Director(VATAFR 2/4)*

The VATSIM Africa Division is looking for a Deputy Director (VATAFR2), and an ATC Training Director.

The candidate for both positions must:

• Hold a C1 rating or above;
  Have been online as a controller within the VATAFR division for at least 50 hours;
  Hold a P1 rating;
  Maintain an active presence on the VATSIM Africa TeamSpeak;
  Be able to dedicate multiple hours a week to the position.

The ideal candidate, for both positions, will also:

• Speak multiple languages used within the division;
  Have held previous staff positions, ideally within the VATAFR division;
  Be a current resident member of the VATAFR division;
  Be able to commit to the role for at least 1 year.

The candidate for ATC Training Director will ideally also:

• Have served as an ATC mentor
  Hold or have held an Instructor rating
  Have excellent teaching skills
  Have served 500 hours online as ATC
  Have real world experience either as a controller, or as a pilot.
