Andrew Morkunas Posted April 1, 2016 at 05:02 PM Posted April 1, 2016 at 05:02 PM When giving the wind to pilots over voice it has become automatic to (add/subtract) the magnetic variation we see in the METAR. However when dealing with text pilots the $wind variable gives the winds directly from the METAR. Is there a way to make this adjustment in the alias file or by some other mojo?
