It's a shame that it take so much to promote an event. Unfortunately the event will take next weekend so we have run out of time to promote it. I did advertise on Vroute on vatstatic and on our forum. Any editing of the content can be done by each vACC individually via the API (http://api.vateud.net). How did you try to contact VATEUD staff?
