What is the best model match option to fly on VATSIM?

In Squwark Box there were some very basic but accurate models, that show you as a certain call sign. And you can see other as their desirered call sign. Just showing as a Airbus A320 is a bit confusing. As I understand it the model matching is as only as good as the models downloaded. So what are the best default MM to be seen and see?

How will people view a call sign of BAW1234 for example? Without having to buy a traffic add on?

I remember a couple of years ago people were saying download IVAOs models, but it would make more sense if Vatsim had a set? Maybe there is somewhere?

I forgot to say this will work with P3DV3.2?

This is a pilot client so I am trying to get my head around, how it effects the sim?

Well I did try it anyway and it seems to log into VATSIM ok.
