Johan Grauers Posted June 3, 2016 at 08:40 AM Posted June 3, 2016 at 08:40 AM Before you cut have a look at what screen you're going to get. Where I work we have widescreens now because the square ones are a lot more expensive. I've tried to get a picture and this was the best I can find (it's in the middle of a youtube clip unfortuantely) It's difficult to tell from that angle but the radar screens are not square. I belive the ratio is about 4:6 or so. I did a quick search and the biggest square computer screen I found was an EIZO FlexScan for £688. A Lenovo Thinkvision which is the same width but not square that goes for £433 based on google. Sean Harrison Posted January 27, 2017 at 09:13 PM Posted January 27, 2017 at 09:13 PM I've dreamt of doing a trailer setup, painted in vatsim logo, with genset for power, and have maybe two consoles with a projector on a screen outside. Mainly for flightsim expos. We were having a few here in Australia years ago, so I was planning doing the tour, and even using it for events. Maybe it will be a retirement pastime. Nice setup you have there. Sean C1/O P3
