How can I do to import a flight plan from EF[Mod - Happy Thoughts] to XSquawkbox on Xplane10?

Use cut & paste.

 

Cut route from EF[Mod - Happy Thoughts] - Ctrl c

 

Paste into XSB - Ctrl v
