Rudy Brunelle 963196 Posted April 13, 2006 at 08:46 PM Posted April 13, 2006 at 08:46 PM Tried to purchase 737 from pmdg but they require a security code from credit card. Canadian Visa does not have this. How can I contact them or does someone have the solution? tx Rudy

Javier Larroulet Posted May 15, 2006 at 04:01 AM Posted May 15, 2006 at 04:01 AM to be more specific: in the back of the card, there's a number sequence that matches exactly your card number (which is on the front), plus an additional 3 digits (for MC, Visa, etc) and 4 digits (for AMEX). Those 3 of 4 digits are the security code Javier Larroulet (C3) - Chile vACC
Robert Vanderkam Posted July 15, 2006 at 03:32 PM Posted July 15, 2006 at 03:32 PM I had the same thing happen with another vendor in the US. Apparently, so they said, the system there doesn't always allow verification using these codes here. So it may not be just PMDG. Ian Elchitz 810151 Posted August 15, 2006 at 06:25 AM Posted August 15, 2006 at 06:25 AM My Canadian Visa has the same. In fact AFAIK all Visa and Mastercards now have the 3 digit "CVV2" on the back of the card as a security measure. I'd recommend you call VISA or the financial institution that issued the card for some support which may end up with them issuing you a new card. Good luck.
