Question from a non XSquawkbox User

Since I don't run either Xplane or XSquawkbox, I'm curious as how it's setup in regards to Aircraft type.

As it seems a lot of the times I see a default aircraft on VATSIM and debug it through Vpilot they're usually XSquawkbox users and are not using proper ICAO codes. Always full A350-900 or B737-800 winglets.

And since VATSIM USES ICAO codes for their clients they're always showing as defaults.

Thanks

The issue is the fact the XSB doesn't limit the aircraft type. Hence how you can get stuff like "BEOING 777-200LR".

Maybe the dev can change it to limit the number of characters to 4.
