Costa, we of VATAFR, thank you for the contribution you made to this relatively new Division. I’m pleased to announce that Fred Visagie (1196811) has accepted the position of DCRM for VATAFR. Fred is a long standing member of VATSIM and has accomeulated a number of online hours. He is also an attorney by profession and a skilled arbitrator and litigator, which are the key elements required for this demanding position.
