Fritz Eisler 879638 Posted April 14, 2006 at 06:46 PM Posted April 14, 2006 at 06:46 PM Hi, . . like VRC already can't get one thing to work though. My sectorfile shows airport layout (twy's, rwy's, etc) in ASRC but not in VRC? Why? Greetz, Fritz
Dan Maclam 916329 Posted April 14, 2006 at 07:05 PM Posted April 14, 2006 at 07:05 PM Look at this post it could help. The format of coordinates in VRC is very specific. ASRC is a little more friendly for this. http://www.metacraft.com/VRC/forums/viewtopic.php?t=373 Daniel Maclam
Ross Carlson Posted April 14, 2006 at 07:12 PM Posted April 14, 2006 at 07:12 PM Fritz, please post a link to the sector file. I would like to modify VRC to support as many different sector file formats as possible, within reason of course. Thanks. Ross Carlson Posted April 16, 2006 at 03:20 AM Posted April 16, 2006 at 03:20 AM I don't see any airport diagrams in that sector file. All the GEO sections appear to be coastline and country borders. Let me know where the airport diagram is in the sector file. I also loaded it in ASRC and see no difference.
