Kyle Ramsey 810181 Posted September 17, 2016 at 08:46 PM Posted September 17, 2016 at 08:46 PM POSITION DESCRIPTION Position: VATSIM Vice President Regions (VATGOV4) Responsible to: VATSIM Founders Team VATSIM BoG Team Position Duties: Acts as the Board of Governors’ representative to the VATSIM Executive Committee and with individual Regional Directors and liaises between the Board of Governors and Executive Committee[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ists Regional Directors with inter-regional issuesProvides reports to the Board of Governors on the activities of the Executive Committee and Regional DirectorsProvides reports to the Executive Committee on the activities of the Board of Governors that relate to Regional mattersEnsures that the Regional Directors are fulfilling their requirements and duties pursuant to Article III of the VATSIM Code of RegulationsPromotes an excellent working relationship between the Board of Governors and Executive CommitteeManages the VATSIM Hit Squad and ensures that this squad is [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned to Regions that require development Board of Governor Duties: Attend Board of Governors meetings as outlined in Article §2.07 of the VATSIM Code of RegulationsMaintain a regular monthly online presence and be willing to answer questions from members if connected with staff callsign[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist with duties as a VATSIM Supervisor when logged into the network with a rating of Administrator.
