Oscar has been a controller of Hong Kong VACC for a year and a half and a member of VATSIM for almost 4 years. During his time in Hong Kong VACC, he has worked very hard to earn his ratings and has been sharing the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ion with other members through his work as a mentor of the VACC. Oscar is eager to continue to help others through his new role as the Deputy Director. In the real world, Oscar is a university student working on his degree in Aviation. He hopes to enrich the organization with his knowledge in aviation and to improve the operation of the VACC through his experience. As the Director of the VACC, I am very please to have Oscar as a new member of the management team. I am looking forward to collaborate with him to improve the quality of our service and continue the growth of the organization.
