Charles Rizzi 810637 Posted November 25, 2016 at 02:12 AM Posted November 25, 2016 at 02:12 AM There is a short discussion of this in the x-plane.org forum http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/109650-1051-fsgrw-and-xsquawkbox/ Apparently in some systems (like mine - XP10.51, Win7) when one hits "connect" in XSB it now switches the X-Plane weather mode to "set globally". For FSGRW or the native XP real weather system to work it must be put back to "grab WX from internet" mode manually by the user in the XP "Environment" menu. (I think this is the best workaround). Never seemed to do this when connecting before 10.5x. Wasn't even going to post this here but since there's talk of a hotfix for the PDC issue though I'd mention it. This is precisely the weather bug I mentioned in that thread - I've had a fix ready for a while, but it was too small and too minor to roll a whole release for.
