[Mod - Happy Thoughts]istant Events Coordinator (AEC)

 

The Events Department of the Indianapolis ARTCC is interested in selecting an [Mod - Happy Thoughts]istant Events Coordinator (AEC)

 

Duties and Requirements

1. Internal/Current ZID Member Preferred (but not required)

2. Minimum of Senior Student (S3) Rating

3. In the absence of the Events Coordinator (EC) the AEC will be in control of the event.

4. Take on delegated tasks as in helping advertise for events.

5. Trustworthy, reliable and able to supervise and or participate in scheduled events.

6. Attend a monthly meeting on Events to brainstorm ideas on future events.

7. Generally give about 2 hours of planning a month on events.

8. Be directly responsible to the EC, DATM and ATM
