Good day pilots & ATC’s – Welcome to our Fourth Bi-weekly Newsletter, packed with information, news and plenty of exclusive content for & from the ACCNAF community.

First off, let us welcome this Month’s new members of our vACC:

- Nour Tamer

- Ryad Kala

- Ziyad Jemmari

- The many others who are now members of our facebook page

You are now part of a very dynamic group of p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ionate people about aviation. By now you must have already received a welcome email with instructions on how you can interact with us. We look forward to seeing you in the skies with us.

Secondly, simulator alert! This week was released the latest demo of X-Plane. It is widely known as a very realistic and powerful flight simulator. It can come as a very serious competitor to the 2 big boys of this game, FSX and P3D. You can download it and give it a try here http://www.x-plane.com/ . Please share your impressions with us on our Facebook page mentioned below.

Our Third topic is about keeping your Navigation Data tidy again (yes it was already a topic on our last newsletter). There are two main providers of navdata for us simmers: Aerosoft with Navdatapro and Navigraph. Both have announced exciting news this week. Aerosoft has just made its product accessible via the web. If you are a subscriber of their service, you can now browse charts here https://navdatapro.aerosoft.com/ . As for Navigraph, they have started providing dynamic and interactive enroute charts. Learn more by clicking here http://blog.navigraph.com/post/153604472946/dynamic-and-interactive-enroute-charts .

Our fourth topic is about some product announcements. We often complain that the default sceneries are not great. REX products tried to tackle this issue by launching WORLDWIDE AIRPORTS HD. This is an extensive photo real global airport graphics package created from real-world airport structures and supporting environments. It is claimed to improve all or most of your default textures. Discover it here http://www.rexworldwideairports.com/ . Please note they currently offer a 50% discount on all their products!

Last but not least, PMDG has launched beta version of the very long-awaited B747-400 v3. The long haul Queen everyone has been waiting for. Here’s a video to give you a sneak peek at what to expect

.

Finally, a reminder from our EVENTS department. Today was an immensely successful event between GMMN & LTBA. We had over 30 traffics crowding our skies and exceptional ATC was provided from GND up to CTR. Great job guys.

Next Sunday, December 4th we will be running a fun and short event with our friends from VATSIM Spain. Link to the event is here, please register and come enjoy the flight https://hq.vatme.net/event/view/175 .

The following Sunday, December 11th, we will resume our VFR Safari tour with the 3rd instalment. Somewhere into central Africa, we will discover new scenery and regions we are not used to fly into. Be with us and test your VFR skills

All for this week. Thanks for reading. Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, please contact me on [email protected].
