Aivlasoft EFB Update with corrected FIR boundaries

Recent changes to the ICAO descriptions for both Johannesburg and Cape Town areas require that the boundaries file in the Aivlasoft EFT be updated to recognize the airspace and can be downloaded from http://files.vatsaf.org/AivlasoftVatsim.zip.
