Josh Glottmann Posted December 9, 2016 at 02:03 AM Posted December 9, 2016 at 02:03 AM This has happened in the past but I hadn't yet been able to pin down what causes vATIS to crash. vATIS crashed after Miami downloaded a new METAR (below). I was able to open it back up, and select another profile, and it worked fine. My hunch is that it's throwing some errors when it gets complex RVR parsing.
