Good day pilots & ATC’s – Welcome to our Fifth Bi-weekly Newsletter, packed with information, news and plenty of exclusive content for & from the ACCNAF community.

 

First off, as we reflect upon the past 6 months of our tenure running North Africa, it’s with immense pride that we can share our success with you and thanks to you our members. Since last July, together we:

- Grew our user base by 40%

- Started an ATC training program (you can enroll, anytime. Just drop an email to our ATC training director [email protected] )

- Developed our social media presence (Mostly via our Facebook page mentioned below but also via Twitter)

- Certified 5 new Controllers who serve you as often as they can

- Developed ties with our surrounding divisions as we offer you new destinations during our events

- Successfully organized over 10 events, alternating VFR and IFR flights as well as focusing on making you discover our wide and great region.

 

Secondly, a lot of products suggestions for you avid simmers. You will be flying a lot during these holidays and here are some ideas to enhance your experience:

Finally, a reminder from our EVENTS department. As we are closing in into this great year, pencil into your agenda’s the 2 following dates:

- Sunday, January 1st is going to be dedicated to our VFR Safari #4 during which you will be invited to fly in the middle of the islands of Cap Verde. A beautiful place to discover!

- Sunday, February 12th is an exceptional day as we will host our first Long Haul, transatlantic flight for our members. We know you love these long flights. Full ATC in both sides of the Atlantic. Keep an eye on our Facebook pages for routes, announcements and details.
