Craig Phillips 947617
Hi Ross, I received a .NET Exception whilst using the tower view in vPilot See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at dx.a(do A_0, AircraftConfiguration A_1) at dx.b(do A_0, AircraftConfiguration A_1) at dv.f(Object A_0, NetworkDataReceivedEventArgs A_1) ************** Loaded [Mod - Happy Thoughts]emblies ************** mscorlib [Mod - Happy Thoughts]embly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.8745 (WinRel.050727-8700) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/mscorlib.dll ---------------------------------------- vPilot [Mod - Happy Thoughts]embly Version: 2.0.11.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.11.0 CodeBase: file:///C:/Users/Craig%20Phillips/AppData/Local/vPilot2/vPilot.exe I don't know if that will help you? Ross Carlson
Craig, I'm not seeing any spots in that part of the code that would cause that type of crash. Did it only happen that once or is it still happening? It would be great if you could find a way to reproduce the issue. Craig Phillips 947617
Hi Ross, It has happened 3 times today. Unfortunately I am unable to find anything that will trigger the exception. I just leave vPilot running in TowerView mode. I might be able to save my Euroscope log file that you might be able to playback in ES and then run the TowerView in vPilot on that? The only problem is I have been running the tower view for several hours and I didn't note down when it occurred. I might see if I can get a better log for you. When the exception occurs I can press 'Continue' and vPilot will still work fine though.
