Flight planning through italian Free Route Airspace

Does anyone know how to make valid route that's p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ing through Italian free Route Airspace, and in situation when APP and/or DEP airport is in Italy with intention to fly through mentioned FRA?

From entering free route airspace (or FIR boundary), direct to the initial point on the arrival/STAR [Preferable], or navaid or rnav waypoint located at the airport.

Hello Nikola,

 

 

The FRAIT is only from FL335 upwards, below normal "lower" ATS routes apply.

 

If you are flying through the airspace in cruise then you can directly go from the entrance to the exit fix.

There are exceptions of course.

Thank you very much for replies, it's quite a mess with that FRA and so many restrictions applied so sometimes is just easier to descend below 335 and join ats route system instead.
