vpilot is making me go crazy

i have been using vpiot for the last year and every thing was going well however i bought a new laptop and when i tried to calibrate the mic all i hear back is schschschcshs

help me please

Make sure when you calibrate there is no noise in background, no airplane noise, no wind, no music, no kids.

 

Also, make sure the mic is still working using windows setup function, you can test it there as well. Right click speaker on task bar - recording devices.

the mic works perfectly with ever single program i have except vpilot

and i make sure there is no noise

you can try and do a mic check with a controller to see how they hear you. the playback from the mic calbration can be sketchy

I found a way to solve the problem finally !!!

1. go to recording devices

2. click on the mic then go to properties

3. advance

4. make sure that the "enable audio enhancement" box is not ticked

5. enjoy!!
