VSCS Hotline (override), Shout line, Dial line

Currently for ATC clients have the dial line and override option. I'm not sure if with how the ports work, but is it possible to create a shout line as well? It could be configured by positions/frequency.

 

The point of this is just for realism. Some cons to this would be it'd be constantly annoying to hear someone shout over and over, some facilities wouldn't have that line/position configured so they wouldn't be able to call back.
