I have noted that the plans I file are not always the plans [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned. I'm fine with that, however I am curious as to the EXACT method of going through and installing a FSM to accommodate that or have any of you found out how to exactly use in game GPS for SID/STAR IFR Plans. Robert Shearman Jr Posted March 23, 2017 at 10:28 PM Posted March 23, 2017 at 10:28 PM My recommendation is EasyFMC -- it's not free but inexpensive, and doesn't offer full FMC LNAV and VNAV capability but does provide a basic FMC-like means of editing the FSX default GPS route on-the-fly. Then you can update your FSX's nav database for free by looking at https://www.aero.sors.fr/ and the tab under Navdata. You want to do three updates -- Navaids, Rwy/ILS, and Fixes.
